HEART-GROWTH

Here we tell a little about our growth strategy:

At NORDBAEK we believe in growth with our hearts in the right place. 

We are two female entrepreneurs and good friends. Every day we work together to create high-quality products for sea and nature lovers.

We founded NORDBAEK ourselves in 2017 based on good ideas, hard work, a love for the sea - and, in fact, entirely without external capital (just a small amount of personal savings). 

We care about good old-fashioned merchant values, good quality and sustainability. But most importantly; we have always told each other that the well-being of our respective families must always be prioritized over work. 

Throughout our growth adventure, we've kept ourselves in the picture. We've tried not to push anything through too quickly. We work hard, but we constantly try to do it at a pace we can keep up with. 

We know that this is a somewhat different strategy than the more common investment and growth policies you can read about in the press, but we are quite proud of NORDBAEK and our healthy growth here. 

We think it may be a little more rooted in a feminine perspective, since we are both mothers who love our children and families. For that reason we are especially proud to have proven that you can grow in a very different way than the one you most often read about out in the big world.
