TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms of sale apply to purchases on www.nordbaek.com
When you shop with NORDBAEK, you accept the following terms.

2. Ordering
All prices on the webshop are displayed in the relevant currency based on your country and include VAT where required, unless otherwise stated.
The final price is shown at checkout, where shipping costs are calculated. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, local customs and import duties may apply, set by the local authorities and payable by the recipient.
When you place an order on nordbaek.com, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The order is binding only when you have received this confirmation.
NORDBAEK reserves the right to cancel orders in case of typographical errors, pricing errors, out-of-stock items or suspected misuse.
3. Payment
We offer payment via the payment methods available in your country and shown at checkout.
The amount is charged only when the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
All payments are processed via secure and encrypted connections.
4. Delivery
Delivery methods, times and any local conditions are stated in our shipping and delivery policy.
We always strive for fast delivery, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, in accordance with applicable law.
At NORDBAEK we have chosen to offer an extended return period: you have 30 days to return regular items and 14 days to return sale items from the day you receive your order.
The right of return applies only if the item is returned unused, with original hangtags and without signs of use.

6. Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled via our return system, as described in our returns policy.
When returning an item, the purchase amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase once we have received and approved the item.
Shipping costs are not refunded unless otherwise stated.
7. Complaints
You have a 24-month right to complain under the Sale of Goods Act.
The complaint must be made within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered. Complaints received within 2 months are always considered timely.
If the complaint is justified, we offer repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, depending on the situation.
8. Limitation of liability
NORDBAEK cannot be held liable for indirect losses, loss of profit or consequential damages, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
We reserve the right to invoke force majeure, including strikes, natural disasters, war, pandemics, supplier failures and technical breakdowns.
9. Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

10. Intellectual property rights
All content on nordbaek.com, including text, images, graphics and design, belongs to NORDBAEK and may not be used without written permission.
11. Changes to terms
NORDBAEK reserves the right to continuously update these terms of sale. The version in force at any given time will be available on the website.
12. Complaints procedure

13. Governing law and jurisdiction
All agreements entered into with NORDBAEK are subject to Danish law.
Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.
