If you are still unsure, you are welcome to contact us at help@nordbaek.com for assistance – please include your height, weight and usual clothing size as well as which product you are interested in, so we can guide you as accurately as possible.

We pack and ship orders every weekday with GLS and Bring, who normally deliver within 1-2 business days (minor delays may occur and are unfortunately beyond our control).

If you have any questions about the delivery of your package, after it has been dispatched from our warehouse (i.e. after you have received an email that the package is on its way), please contact GLS or Bring directly for an answer.

Shipments abroad usually take about a week depending on the destination country.

Instructions for washing and care are available on the individual product pages here on the webshop, and care instructions will also be included when you receive your order - either in the form of a care label on the product itself or printed on the accompanying hang tag.
