At NORDBAEK we want shopping to feel safe and simple – also if you later need to exchange or return an item.

We offer free shipping for exchanges via our returns portal.
We offer a 30-day return period on regular items and a 14-day return period on sale items from the day you receive your order.
Items purchased online must be returned via our returns portal. Unfortunately, we do not offer in-person returns.

30 DAYS RETURN POLICY
At NORDBAEK we offer a 30-day return period. This gives you plenty of time to try the item at home in a relaxed environment before you decide.
Returned items must be unused, in good condition and with original hangtags attached.

RETURN – your detailed step-by-step guide
We have made returns as simple as possible and without the need for a printer:
- In our returns portal you must use the order number starting with #NB, which you received in the order email, and the email address that was used when the order was placed. Other emails will not work in our system.
- Alternatively, you can point your camera at the QR code on the slip that was in your package. It will link you directly to our returns portal.
- Enter your order number, which starts with #NB. You can find the order number on the return slip that is included in the package. Also enter the email address that was used when placing the order. Other emails will not work in our system.
- Follow the instructions in the returns portal step by step. Here you can choose return, and the system will guide you so your return is registered correctly.
- You will receive a QR code when your return is registered, created specifically for you. You must use this code at the parcel shop, so save it. You can do this in two ways:
A. Save the QR code on your phone by taking a screenshot or leaving the page open
B. By printing it out - You can also choose to print your return label and attach it to your return package.
- Pack the item securely in a waterproof bag or in the original packaging the order came in. Make sure the item is in the same condition as when you received it.
- Remember the QR code or return label, which you must show at the parcel shop. It is often easiest to use the parcel shop where you picked up your order.
- After a few business days we receive your return package at our warehouse, and we process your return the same day.
- When your return is approved, we refund the amount to the same payment method you used for the purchase. It may take a few bank days.

EXCHANGE – your detailed step-by-step guide
Exchange works almost the same way as a return – the only difference is that you choose a new item easily and securely in our returns portal.
- For the returns portal you must use the order number starting with #NB, which you received in the order email, and the email address that was used when the order was placed. Other emails will not work in our system. Alternatively, you can point your camera at the QR code on the slip that was in the package, which will link you directly to our returns portal. Alternatively, you can enter the web address manually in your browser on mobile or desktop.
- Enter your order number, which starts with #NB. You can find the order number on the return slip included in the package.
- Follow the instructions in the returns portal step by step. Here you can choose exchange, and the system will guide you calmly so your exchange is registered correctly.
- You will receive a QR code when your exchange is registered, created specifically for you. You must use this code at the parcel shop, so save it. You can do this in two ways:
A. Save the QR code on your phone by taking a screenshot or leaving the page open
B. By printing it out - You can also choose to print your return label and attach it to your return package.

- If there is a difference in amount between the two items, we refund the difference to the same payment method you used for the purchase. It may take a few bank days.

Uncollected packages
Packages that are not collected and are returned to us are treated as a return. Any shipping and handling fees may be deducted from the refund.

CLAIMS
Send an email to help@nordbaek.com with your order number starting with #NB. Attach clear photos of the product. Please write “claim” in the subject line.
