SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

Delivery time

If you order before 1 PM on weekdays, your order is typically shipped the same day from our warehouse in Denmark.

Denmark: 1–2 business days

Sweden & Finland: 3–6 business days 
EU: 3–6 business days
Other countries, incl. Norway: 6–14 business days

Delivery times are indicative and may vary during busy periods or due to unforeseen delays by the carrier. Nordbaek processes and hands over your order to the carrier within 1–2 business days.

NORWAY: Orders to Norway are only dispatched once a week due to high shipping costs from Denmark to Norway, so please allow extra shipping time. 

OUTSIDE THE EU: For deliveries outside the EU, local customs and import duties may apply. These fees are determined by local authorities and are payable by the recipient. Orders shipping outside the EU should allow a little extra shipping time. 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery country and chosen shipping method.
All shipping charges are clearly shown before payment is completed.

Carriers

We ship with selected carriers depending on the delivery country and shipping method.

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information from our carrier so you can easily track your package. Check your spam folder. 

Responsibility during delivery

Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, they have the most up-to-date information about the delivery. You can see which carrier is handling your delivery via your tracking link and contact them directly.

NORDBAEK has responsibility for the item until it is delivered to you.
The risk for the item only transfers to you once you have received it.

If your package is delayed or lost during transit, we will gladly help find a solution.

 

Uncollected packages

Packages that are not collected and are returned to us will be treated as a return. Any shipping and handling costs may be deducted from the refund.

International deliveries

For deliveries outside the EU, local customs and import duties may apply. These fees are determined by local authorities and are payable by the recipient.
