HERE'S WHERE WE'LL STAY - RIGHT ON OUR OWN BEACH WITH WARM SAUNAS, READY EVERY MORNING FOR THE NORDBAEK-RITUAL (morning dip + sauna):
- Daily morning dips in the sea + sauna (NORDBAEK-ritual)
- Two guided winter hikes with spikes
- Yoga and mindfulness - guided session
- Chop a hole in the ice and bathe in the crystal-clear mountain lake
- Sauna steam with arctic herbs at the beautiful Beach Camp
- Guided winter kayak tour in Reinefjord

THE PRACTICAL DETAILS:
Please note: The total trip price is 20.300 NOK, which corresponds to approx. 12.900 DKK (depending on the current exchange rate). Payment is invoiced in Norwegian kroner (NOK), but we have provided a guideline price in Danish kroner for your orientation. At sign-up a deposit of 8.500 NOK (approx. 5.500 DKK) is paid to secure your spot. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 15 January 2026. Please note that the trip requires a minimum of 12 participants to go ahead. We therefore recommend waiting for final confirmation before booking your flights)
Not included in the price: Flights + lunch in Nusfjord, approx. 200 NOK.

Thursday 19 - Welcome to Lofoten
- Arrival at Leknes Airport / check-in at Unstad Arctic Surf
- Welcome and presentation of the week's program
- Shared welcome dinner with local ingredients
- Evening in a warm sauna with views over mountains and sea + cold dips in the ice bath and hopefully the Northern Lights
Friday 20 - Into the wild
- NORDABEK ritual - morning dip & warm sauna
- Shared breakfast
- Guided winter hike to a local gem, incl. packed lunch in the backpack
- NORDBAEK event with goodie bags: Facilitated sauna steam at Lofoten Beach Camp - combined with ice-cold dips in the sea & snacks
- Shared dinner and relaxation at Unstad
- Bonfire coziness & hopefully Northern Lights
Saturday 21 - The power of the sea & Nusfjord
- NORDABEK ritual - morning dip & warm sauna
- Shared breakfast
- Guided winter kayak tour in Reinefjord - experience the stillness on the water framed by snow-covered mountains
- Visit to historic Nusfjord, one of Norway's oldest fishing villages, full of charm and culture
- Lunch in Nusfjord
- Afternoon sauna & relaxation at Unstad Arctic Surf
- Shared dinner
- Cozy movie night & hopefully Northern Lights
Sunday 22 - Flow, mountain & community
- Easy start to the day with mindfulness/yoga/stretching
- Shared breakfast
- Winter hike in the Lofoten mountains
- Outdoor cooking for lunch – we cook together outdoors
- Ice bath in a lake & warm sauna
- Farewell dinner
- Bingo/music quiz - ending with laughs and community
- Hopefully a magical finish with the Northern Lights
