2. Contact

If you have questions about your order or our products, you are always welcome to contact us by email. We strive to answer all inquiries within 1–2 business days.

3. Delivery

We ship orders on weekdays.

Expected delivery times from dispatch:

Denmark: 1–2 business days
Norway & EU: 3–6 business days
Other countries: 6–11 business days

Delivery times are indicative and may vary during busy periods or due to unforeseen delays by the carrier.

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery country and chosen delivery method. All shipping costs are shown clearly before payment is completed.

5. Liability during delivery

NORDBAEK is responsible for the item until it has been delivered to you. The risk for the item only transfers to you once you have received it.

If a package is delayed or lost in transit, we will help find a solution.

6. Uncollected packages

Packages that are not collected and returned to us will be treated as a return. Any shipping and handling costs may be deducted from the refund.

7. Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled via our returns portal.

8. International deliveries

For deliveries outside the EU, local customs and import fees may apply. These fees are determined by local authorities and are payable by the recipient.

9. Dispute resolution
