Many people ask us what to choose when winter swimming in the coldest weather. Our answer is always that what you wear should, first and foremost, be windproof.
We have designed our very own NORDBAEK Thermo-Quilt to be extremely warm and to protect you from the wind when a strong westerly blows in off the water. You can choose either a bathrobe or a jumpsuit.

The inside of your bathrobe also plays an important role when it comes to retaining heat in the best and most effective way.

In short, fleece is a synthetic material and has a thermo effect that keeps you very warm. Remember to be surface-dry before putting fleece on your body so the thermal effect is at its strongest.
Cotton terry is a natural material that can absorb water from your body. Note, however, that the robe may therefore feel a little cooler against the skin if the inside is slightly damp. So dry yourself if you know you'll be staying by the water a little longer after your dip.
