At NORDBAEK we want shopping to feel safe and simple – even if you later need to exchange or return an item. That’s why we’ve made our system clear, easy to follow and secure, so you can shop with peace of mind 💙

- Free shipping for exchanges via our Return Portal.
- Items purchased online must be returned via our Return Portal. Unfortunately, we do not offer physical returns in store.
- 14 days return right on sale items purchased online.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship your order free of charge when you spend over 999 kr.
For purchases under 999 kr. standard shipping is 39 kr.
We ship next day. If you place your order before 13:00 on weekdays, you can expect to receive your order within 1–2 business days.

30 DAGES RETURRET
At NORDBAEK we offer you 30 days return right. This means you have plenty of time to try the item at home in calm surroundings before you decide.
Returned items must be unused, in good condition and with original hang tags attached.

• You have 30 days exchange right
• A shipping label costs 39 kr
• We ship free of charge when the item you want to exchange to costs 999 kr. If the item you want to exchange to costs under 999 kr., standard shipping of 39 kr applies.

EXCHANGE – your detailed step-by-step instructions
Exchange works almost the same way as a return – the only difference is that you choose a new item easily and securely inside our Return Portal.
1. In your order you will find a physical return note. Keep it.
2. Point your camera at the QR code on the note, which links you directly to our Return Portal. Alternatively, you can enter the web address manually into your browser on your phone or computer.
3. Enter your order number, which starts with #NB. You will find the order number on the return note included in the package.
4. Follow the instructions in the Return Portal step by step. Here you can choose return, and the system will guide you so that your return is registered correctly.
5. You will receive a QR code when your return is registered, made specifically for you.
You will need this code at the parcel shop, so save it. You can do this in two ways:
1. Save the QR code on your phone by taking a screenshot/photo of it or by not closing this window on your phone – or 2. Print it out.
6. As mentioned, you can also choose to print your return label on a printer and stick it to your return package.
7. Pack the item securely in a waterproof bag or in the packaging the order came in. Make sure the item is in the same condition as when you received it.
8. Remember the QR code or return label, which you must show at the parcel shop. It is often easiest to use the parcel shop where you picked up your order.
9. After a few business days we will receive your return package at our warehouse, and we will process your return the same day.
10. When your return is approved, we will refund the amount to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

REKLAMATION
Write an email to help@nordbaek.com with your order number, which starts with #NB. Attach clear photos of the product. Please write "reklamation" in the subject line of the email. We will do everything we can to reply quickly with a solution.
